Main Hall - from £15 per hour (daytime) and from £17 per hour (evening)

Rear Hall - from £13 per hour (daytime) and from £15 per hour (evening)

Dance Studio - £12 per hour

Back Office - £10 per hour 

Table Tennis - £7.50 per hour or £4 for half an hour

Party hire rate - £25 per hour

Conditions of Hire

1. 1. The hirer undertakes to pay full hire fee upon booking and the damage retainer fee on the day of the booking (this will be returned in cash if there is no damage to the hall).

   2. In the event of a cancellation, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

   3. The hirer undertakes to leave the hall and kitchen in a clean and tidy manner and is responsible for the cost of making good any damage or breakages.

   4. A retainer fee of £50 will be taken on the day for evening bookings and £25 will be taken on the day for children’s parties/afternoon bookings in the event of damages or failure to comply with the booking regulations. This fee will be retained by the Management Committee and returned on the day of hire if all conditions are met.

   5. For evening and party bookings, guests should vacate by the end of their booking time and take their rubbish away with them. Please exit the building quietly to respect our neighbours on the Beanfield estate. Anyone exceeding this length of stay will be charged from the retainer fee.

   6. Fireworks are not permitted and please park considerably outside the Centre.

   7. The retainer fee will not be returned unless the hall is left in the manner it is found and guests have vacated by the required time.

   8. The hall is unlicensed and any hirer wishing to serve alcohol is to make arrangements to comply with licensing laws.

   9. The hirer will vacate the premises promptly at the end of the hire period.

   10. Bookings can only be accepted by a person over 18 years of age and all bookings must have adult supervision and the reason for the booking clearly explained.  

   11. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Beanfield Management Committee is final.

   12. Beanfield Management Committee reserves the right to cancel any hiring, upon giving 7 days’ notice prior to the hiring date. If so, this will result in a full refund.

Monday to Friday - 9am to 9pm 

Saturday - 9am to 11pm

Sunday - 9am to 4.30pm

(bookings outside of these hours are discretionary to the Centre Manager)
